When uploading music for Virtual Encode, I'm receiving an error "StartIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex", what does this mean?
Your file has artwork attached or extra coding. Please remove artwork and make sure your MP3's are in the following settings:
Bit Rate: 128 Frequency
Sample Rate: 44100
No ID3 Tagging
If you do not have a way to change or convert an mp3, you can email the file to firstname.lastname@example.org In the email body, please include artist name, song title, label (If you have one).
Why am I receiving a "missing file error" when uploading music?
If you receive a "missing file error" when uploading music, stop your current upload. Go to the top and click "Send Electronic Media" to start a new upload session. If that doesn't clear the error, please email email@example.com.
I can't use Virtual Encode, can I still submit music?
If you can't use Virtual Encode, you can send mp3's to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the request, include the following: mp3 file Artist Name Song title Label name (If you have one) Mix Type or what version it is (Radio, album, explicit, clean, remix etc.)
